How to apply for a rental

Once you have viewed a property that you are interested in applying for, you will need to submit a tenancy application form. All tenants that are going to be residing in the property must submit an application. We've listed a few different ways to apply to help make your application process easier.

Online Application

To fill out an online application, go to View Available Rentals. Find the rental property you would like to apply for and click "apply".

Please ensure all applicant's have completed separate applications.

Please Note: Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be accepted, nor will applications submitted with insufficient identification. Please ensure that before submitting your application you have met all criteria.

Tenancy Application Form

If you prefer to fill out your application form by hand, you can download our tenancy application form below to print off and fill out. 

Once you have filled out the application form, please submit it along with copies of your identification via one of the following methods:

• In person to our office at Shop 2, 10 Fifth Avenue Palm Beach QLD
• Email to reception@ljhookerpb.com.au
